He graduated with an MBChB(Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria in 2019. He completed his two years of internship at New Somerset Hospital in 2021, and community service at Wesfleur District Hospital in 2022. Dr Gideon originally received training from the esteemed Dr. Chris Giezing and Medskills and continues to stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field through local and international conferences.
Dr Gideon is the founder and owner of Stasis Medical and employs a comprehensive approach to aesthetic medicine, combining evidence-based medicine, personalized care and a creative eye. He believes in treating each patient as a unique individual and tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs.
His special interests include hair restoration, hormone optimization and wellness.
Since 2023, Dr Alers was appointed Key opinion leader for Novita Biotech, a company specialising Skinbooster and PRP therapy, serving as trainer and medical advisor. Completing numerous patient case studies and developing injection protocols.
